Yes, you can surely join NIT Rourkela, here the package and the placement both are good enough in NIT Rourkela. Both the colleges are good, but NIT R is better. As you got a good rank, you can easily get admission in NIT Rourkela. The closing rank for NITR for admission in electrical engineering is

The course is good. But getting admission here depends on your score in JEE. You need to have more than 150 marks to get admission here in the desired branch. The is the last date of application is today. Go for the counselling process.
