Is EIILM a fake university??
Is this university is blacklisted by UGC. My company has issued me a show cause notice after considering EILLM university as a fake university.

EIILM University, Sikkim, India is fully recognized and approved by the University Grants Commission (UGC) and is established under Sikkim State Legislature Act.
It also offers various courses through distance mode under Directorate of Distance Education.
Also as mentioned on the website, EIILM University is entering into a Academic Collaboration with the following reputed Universities:
• Netherlands Institute of Ecology (NIOO-KNAW) / Wageningen University, Netherlands
• Sage Institution Chicago, USA
• Alabama State University, USA
