Hi,
EIILM University, Sikkim, India is fully recognized and approved by the University Grants Commission (UGC) and is established under Sikkim State Legislature Act.
It also offers various courses through distance mode under Directorate of Distance Education.

No it is not. EIILM's does not have any approval for any course. It had only approval for one year- 2010
