    yes this is approved by UGC you can apply in other university after get degree

    Every university has its own course specific eligibility criteria for admission, in order to know the exact eligibility criteria it would be always advisable to browse through the university's website you wish to apply.
    Overall, in order to pursue masters degree you need to have a bachelor degree from a recognized University.
