Is EIILM UNIVERSITY SIKKIM, B.Sc bio degree is being accepted in MMMUT Gorakhpur and UPSEE for MBA entrance?

I have done b.sc bio in 2013 from EIILM UNIVERSITY SIKKIM. I have applied for UPSEE 2015 n MMMUT entrance for MBA full time course. My query is .would it be any problem for me at the time of document verification while counseling for admission? And does UPSEE n MMMUT accepts degrees from EIILM ?
