Is EILLM valid for Govt and Private Jobs???

I Passed 12th in 2007. I want to take Grad. degree from EILLM. Would it be valid for Private & govt jobs? I am gettng it for Rs. 25000 and they promise to give certificate by FEB. They said it is valid.
