Is electrical & electronics branch good for be/btech course?

I am prefering a good college and I want to take EC branch but I am not getting EC in that college but I am getting electrical & electronics(EEE) branch. So should I take EEE or not? Is there any scope or future of ELECTRICAL & ELECTRONICS?

    Of course EEE is a conventioal and one of the most respected streams. EEE pass outs have opportunities in Power Generation and Distribution sector(including State Electricity Boards) as well as heavy machine industries like BHEL, Siemens, Power Grid Corporation etc.

    yes but prefer Mechanical it is evergreen branch
