Hi
Both are good and have lots of potential.
ELECTRONICS AND COMMUNICATIONS:
•It deals with low voltage (50V)
It contains basic electronic courses and more power systems.
•Electrical engineering is the study and application of electrical systems for use in different environments.
•Core Areas: Electrical and Electronics Engineering branch deals with Electrical technology and machines, circuit analysis, electronics, electromagnetism, electrical engineering materials, instrumentation, control systems, power engineering and transmission and distribution. -
First major difference between the two as the name suggests
ECE is more of a communication-centred branch involving a core of electronics. Whereas, EEE is more inclined to electrical engineering aspects like power system and machines. The other difference is that ECE has a lot of subjects involving programming and coding whereas these things are not that much in EEE. EEE involves major subjects of Electrical engineering power & distribution system, control system, machines drives, power electronics, analogue signal processing, networks etc. ECE majorly contains subjects like digital electronics, digital image processing, data communica...more
