Both are good and have lots of potential.
ELECTRONICS AND COMMUNICATIONS:
•It deals with low voltage (50V)
It contains basic electronic courses and more power systems.
•Electrical engineering is the study and application of electrical systems for use in different environments.

First major difference between the two as the name suggests
ECE is more of a communication-centred branch involving a core of electronics. Whereas, EEE is more inclined to electrical engineering aspects like power system and machines. The other difference is that ECE has a lot of subjects involving

See from the jobs point of view, the best is EEE instead of ECE as there are quality placements in the ECE but in EEE there are quantity placements but this also depends on the college.
