Is engineering backlog acceptable for further education (M.S) in German universities?

Backlogs is the bane of many Indian students. Normally speaking students with backlogs have less chance of getting admission in an institute abroad. This is so since there are plenty if students with excellent academic records knocking at the doors for admission. But it is no bar. Many students with backlogs have indeed obtained admission. I would therefore advise you to approach an agency dealing with sending students abroad or specifically to Germany. There are many nuances in the process & only specialised agencies are aware of it.

Firstly, I would say that if one has back log then he has to clear all hi back logs. Any institute in India cannot provide degrees unless all the backlog are cleared. Coming to your question, it is not possible to do further education until you have taken your previous degree.
