Is engineering management a good course for MS? What are the chances of employment after completing it?

Engineering Management program is recommended for those who have two-three years of experience in technical field and wish to move up to management level. This program I would not recommended for students who are freshers. However, if you have good 2-3 years of experience you may pursue this course
