    It is perhaps no surprise that programs in popular study locations, such as the UK, US, Canada and Australia, teach programs in English, and as part of MBA admissions use tests like the TOEFLand IELTS to ensure incoming international students meet English-language requirements. One Canadian exception is HEC Montralin Quebec, which offers full-time and part-time Main French, Canada's second official language and the provinces sole official language.     It depends on from where you want to pursue MBA. If you do from Open University like from IGNOU, then you can opt. For Hindi language too else in most of regular university English is important.
