Is event management a good career for girls?

<p dir="ltr">Yes, I think event management is a good option to earn money during student life in college because there is a lot of demand for event volunteers, even coordinators are required for management. Nowadays girls are very active and energetic, they have the ability to handle things. So event companies give a lot of preference to girls because they are much better than boys in handling people. One advantage for girls in this field is that they are paid more than boys. In a city like Delhi many girls are doing part-time jobs in events, they even work as freelancers. This field is all about your communication and smartness. The only drawback I found for girls is that they have to work in odd hours, so they have to be careful about safety.</p>
