Is event management a good field in terms of a secure job?

<p>Pros: It's definitely exciting to meet up with a lot of people. Especially for extroverts. It's a vibrant field wherein so many operational challenges need to be solved. So, no shortage of excitement. Helps you to make new connections. Event management can take you places. After all, getting exposure to new places is so much fun. You will have to be constantly on your toes thinking about what new concept/format to apply to entice the audience, and engage the audience. Remember, creative juices flow all the time. Quite exciting.&nbsp;</p><p>Cons: Working hours can get odd. Initial salaries will be low unless you prove yourself with larger and high stake opportunities. You will have to deal with all kinds of people. (Bad, ugly) There may not be weekends. You may fall into bad company. So, you have to be careful and safeguard yourself. All the best for carefully considering the pros and cons and then deciding on a career in event management.</p>

Hi Aditya! You cannot guarantee job security in any private job these days. Similarly, event management is also one of the most dynamic field. It all depends how much hard work you put in. Having the right talent, patience, confidence and perseverance are the main keys to success in this field. If you believe you are capable enough to present your clients with unique ideas and plans, you will be able to secure your job automatically. So, I would advise you to go for the course if you are really passionate about pursuing it because no matter what, it is the most lucrative career option in today's world and growth in this sector is unmatched.
