Is everyone with bachelor's degree eligible to apply? What all needs to be done to crack the entrance?

Yes any graduate with atleast 50% marks can apply in MBA course offered by jmi. The syllabus for entrance test is almost same as of C.A.T comprises of aptitude,logical reasoning and english.
Then the second round is GD and PI
