Is ews certificate is applicable to Andhra Pradesh eamcet 2019?
I belongs to oc categeroy I got 58225 rank in eamcet then is there any use by this ews certificate to decrease my rank.

Yes, EWS certificate is applicable for all the colleges and exams that are conducted by the government.
