    No, Express Entry promotes the handling of financial immigrants for continuous residency in Canada. However, there is a range of other methods of moving to Canada, both continuous and provisional. Express Entry procedures only a part of the Provincial Nominee Programs (PNPs); other PNP candidates will be willing to transfer straight to these programs if they qualify according to the requirements required.

    No, there's also the PNP programme. The express entry is conducted by the federal government and the PNP is conducted by the provisional government.
