    Adi Shankara Institute of Engineering and Technology (ASIET) and Federal Institute of Science and Technology (FIST) are contrasted side by side:
    Certifications: The NBA has recognised FIST's engineering programs for meeting high standards of quality. Only ASIET is ISO certified.
    Placements: Every year, more than 250 reputable firms come to FIST to look for students, and over 80% of them are placed. Less than 100 recruiters work with ASIET, which has a 60% placement rate.
