Is fees criteria different for reserved category students for BMM?

Some colleges provide concession on fee on the various categories like OBC, SC and ST. However, scholarship is also granted to the students on the basis of their percentage in class 12th. That is not fixed for all, every college has its own policy according to which it works. -
