Is fine art knowledge necessary for 3D and Animation courses?

Hi Madhav,
3D and Animation does not require Fine arts.Creativity ans the knowledge of the various program is quite compulsory.Fine arts can definitely be an advantage depending on the specialization opted for however it is not a mandate.

Madhav, world's top Animators like John Lassetter, Brad Bird, John Keane, etc are also artists and painters. It's not necessary to be the best artist, however, if you are not creative then you can become a brick-layer (worker) in this field. Yes, if you want you can still pick up art by joining sket

If someone has done fine arts, then it is always preferable for 3D animation study.

Hi Madhav,
Fine arts knowledge is compulsory for pursuing the animation or 3D courses, as only the basic level of art is required in animation which is not tough at all. You should look for an institute which can provide you with this course. There is a very high demand for graphic and web designer
