Hello Navneet, This college named after the late parliamentarian is in spacious campus in Raebareilly, a mid sized town in UP. There are conflicting reports on the academic atmosphere. Some say it is "laisse fair" and on the other extreme some say it has best faculty. But I suppose truth must be bet
