Is France best for cyber security?

I can recommend the Advance Security and Digital Forensics Masters course at Edinburgh Napier. Its one of the few GCHQ certified courses, which is currently the only national security agency certified course programme that exists - in fact international now that Australia and New Zealand are entering the scheme. The course is broad so you will get an introduction to most aspects of security and will help you decide which branch of cyber security you want to work in (secure development, network security, malware etc. ) You can do the course with distance learning ( as I did) and it is fully prepared for distance learning students, you never need to be on campus. Labs are done virtually through the cloud, exams are done online (often supervised through Skype) and all teaching material is available online 8video lectures, PDF notes, etc.). There are other small stuff like you can take network certifications as part of the course. The teachers are great.
