Is full time work experience acquired during Graduation considered invalid. If yes why?

There are two things 1. During full-time graduation course, a person cant simultaneously do full-time job. Jobs done on weekends or evenings only is actually part-time job. 2. Most of the candidates go for summer internship during graduation which is not work-experience.
