Is gaining work experience and then pursuing an MBA degree better or to join an MBA college as a fresher better option?

It depends on duration and type of work exp. 2-3 years is ideal for mba. More than that not suitable. However, the work exp has to be relevant, if the work exp is in IT sector then it better to pursue mba as early as you can.
