Gannon University USA is once again named as the only nationally ranked “2024 America's Best Colleges” in the Erie area, according to a top-ranking publisher. The university is ranked at #260 out of 439 National Universities. In the 2025 edition of Best Colleges ranking, this university ranks at #244 position. So, the university's position has improved in the 2025 rankings. Furthermore, Gannon ranks at the following position in the 2024 Best Graduate Schools rankings:
- 153rd in Best Nursing Schools: Master's
- 126th for Best Occupational Therapy programs
- 85th for Best Physician Assistant programs
