Is GATE required for LNM Institute of Information Technology?

<p>Yes, GATE is required for admission to some Master of Technology programs at LNM Institute of Information Technology, in Jaipur. The admission process for Master of Technology programs at LNMIIT is merit-based as well as entrance-based. Candidates who have qualified GATE in CS and EC streams with a percentile of 95 or above are exempted from the written test. However, candidates who have not qualified GATE or do not meet the eligibility criteria for GATE can appear for the LNMIIT-MTech Entrance Test.&nbsp;Master of Science admission is also granted on the basis of the LNMIIT-based written test while JAM&nbsp;qualified candidates can also apply. LNMIIT, Jaipur offers admission to MS by Research and PhD courses on the basis of a written test followed by an interview.&nbsp;GATE/&nbsp;NET/ SLET&nbsp;or any other equivalent examination qualified candidates are exempted from LNMIIT written test.</p>
