Hello General eligibility criteria to in German University is as follows: (a) High Academics performance or records in undergraduate studies. (b) If the course is taught in German, then proof of proficiency in German Language. If the course is taught in English, then proof of proficiency in English

Eligibility criteria is different for all the colleges and universities. So, check on their websites the eligibility of the particular courses.
