Is GDBA degree equivalent to BBA or BBM?

I have done my GDBA for 3 years and now I need to know, does this has any value in the market? Is it equal to BBA/BBM or do I have to study again? I actually did my GDBA for 3 years with a hope, it is equal to a degree....But now I am afraid as I might be wrong....

Hi Sanjay, As Post graduate diploma can not be equivalent to MBA which is a degree program same way graduate diploma in Business administration can not be equivalent to BBA or BBM as they are the degree programs and for MBA or anu other masters level program most of the Universities would require a
