Is Germany a good option for MBBS? If yes, what are the requirements for the same?

Yes, Germany is good for MBBS and you need to get minimum 50% in PCB in class 11&12. And you should clear German language test before taking admission and after completing MBBS from Germany you should appear for MCI test.
You should take admission from an University which is recognised by MCI & WHO.
