Is Germany good for MS in computer science engineering? Is there any value for computers?

Germany has good universities for MS in CS and also there are good opportunities for Computer graduates in Germany. Cost of education is not very high in Germany. If you are a B.Tech CSE you will able to work 4 hours a week to subsidize your living expenses in Germany.
