    GITAM School of Business, earlier known as GITAM Institute of Management was established in 1988 and is a constituent college of GITAM Deemed to be University. GIM Visakhapatnam is recognised by the UGC and accredited by NAAC with A+ Grade.  As per the media reports,  22 companies participated in the GITAM placement drives for MBA students. GITAM School of Business registered a 20 percent increase in average salaries during the MBA placement drives 2023. The top recruiters include KPMG, Deloitte, Colgate, Palmolive, and many others.
