Is GMAT compulsory for pursuing MBA from abroad? Which country is good for the same? Which are the good institutes to pursuing MBA?

I want to know cost as well.

It's not compulsory for every institute but institutes considering GMAT for MBA are termed to be rated higher. So, it's good to opt for one of the institutes that asks for GMAT score. Please look for some good business schools in USA, UK, etc.
