No, you'll have to take CAT.

Hi,
For admission in PGP IIM, Indore 2017-19,
1.CAT exam is for domestic applicants,
2.GMAT is for NRI applicants and persons who are permanent citizens of a country other than India and residing outside India.
Minimum marks required in GMAT are 700 ( for application only). The last date for receipt of the application for PGP Indore 2017-19 was January 9, 2017. Do check the links given below:-
