  • GNM is a Diploma and not a degree course. It was initially a 3.5-year program, but was cut down to 3 years. It teaches you about the necessary knowledge and skills required to be a Staff Nurse or Midwife in a healthcare facility, Nursing Homes, NGOs, etc.
