Godavari College of Engineering is a decent option for engineering, especially for students coming from the region. It is known for having supportive faculty, and basically focused on the practical learning ethos, especially for computer Science and electronics courses. Placements are mediocre; companies like TCS and Wipro participate, and an average annual package of around INR 3 LPA. However, some of the students claim that infrastructural facilities, especially boys' hostel facilities, may be upgraded. Overall, it's a good one for the students looking for cost-effective engineering education locally.
