Is going for MBA abroad good considering US visa issues and the fact that most world class universities are in US only?

I depends on your long-term plans. If you intend to pursue MBA abroad and return to India, then a student visa in USA should not be a concern. However, if you intend to work & settle overseas, then you should look at countries like Canada and Australia which are more friendly in terms of permanent residency norms.
