Yes, Government Polytechnic Pune is very good college for diploma in CE. It's great choice for doing diploma from this college because it has great placement records and some big companies like Tata Project Limited, L&T, Thermax , Tata Motors also visited for recruiting the students. The infrastructure is good with 10 hostels for boys and 8 for girls.
