Yes, the minimum educational qualification require to fill the SSC CGL 2023 application is a graduate degree from a recognised university. The candidates appearing in their final year of graduation can also apply subject to certain conditions.
As per the official notification, the candidates must be a graduate for SSC CGL exam.The candidates who are appearing in their final year can apply for the exam but they must obtain their Graduation degree before the closing of the SSC CGL application of that year.
