Is GRE mandatory to apply for this course or IELTS will work simply for the admission process ?

There are some courses in this university that do not have a GRE requirement. Please let me know what course you are seeking details for so that i can solve your specific queries.

IELTS is to prove your English proficiency. It cannot be an alternative for GRE.
When you want to go abroad and study you have to do IELTS. Unless otherwise asked specific by the university you need not do GRE. Abroad Universities will see only your academic marks
