Is GRE mandatory to seek admission into the University of Alberta for an international applicant?

<p>International applicants who wish to study graduate programme at the University of Alberta must submit the GRE score. Most of the graduate programs at the university require a GRE score for admission. However, there are some Alberta University courses that do not require GRE score for admission. The minimum score of strong applicants who choose to write the GRE: Minimum score - Quantitive is 155 and Analytical writing section is 4.0. Applicants would need to meet one of the following to be considered for a GRE waiver:&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree from the University of Alberta or other U-15 Universities with a minimum GPA of 3.3 (B+)</li><li>Hold a recognised professional designation, such as the CFA, CPA, or PEng</li><li>Hold a recognised PhD degree</li></ul>
