Is GRE required for MS in Hong Kong?

I am a student of B.Tech in CS. I am going to take GRE and TOEFL this year. I want to pursue MS in CS. But, I am finding it difficult to choose a proper study destination.

While exploring other opportunities abroad, you must make a note of your future plans, your budget, your academic background, language barriers and career opportunities in the country you are applying to.
