Hi,
MBA in HR and Finance both fields is good, but its depend upon the intrest, knowledge and capability of a person................, its very hard to say which field is better...........

Both are good , its depends on your interest. If you are from Finance back ground then go for FInance and if you have done plain graduation then go for HR.
