    Yes, Haridwar University is a good college for B.Tech. It is recognised as Best Technical Institute in Uttarakhand by AICTE, CMAI, and MTU. It has an average placement rate of more than 90% every year. The highest package offered is 85 LPA while the average package is 7-10 LPA.
