Is Himalaya University recognised by UGC and Paramedical Council of India for its B.Sc in medical laboratory technology course?

Himalaya University is a recognised university by UGC. There is no council like Paramedical Council. But its a recognised university both by UGC and also its a member of AIU. No issues in its recognition so there is no questions.
