Is Himalayan Garhwal University best in Uttrakahand?

<p>Himalayan University (HU) was founded in Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh, by the government in 2013. approved by the UGC, the University Grants Commission. Himalayan University provides courses in the arts, commerce, science, law, health sciences, agriculture, and education at the undergraduate, graduate, certificate, and diploma levels. The University has received approval from the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) and the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) and is a member of the Association of Indian Universities (AIU). It partners with several foreign universities, including KIMEP University, Georgia Technical University, and Dicle University. The university has obtained ISO 9001:2008 certification. The university has a nice infrastructure and provides good placements with INR 4.9 LPA as an average salary package. The university also provides scholarships to the students. Overall, it is one of the best universities in Uttrakhand.&nbsp;</p>
