    Himalayan University is recognised by the UGC - University Grants Commission under Section - 2 (f) of the UGC ACT 1956 and hence empowered to impart higher education at all different levels of Under-Graduate and Post-Graduate. The degree of the Himalayan college is verified and approved by the government. The university is UGC approved and also approved by AICTE. Himalayan University Itanagar is a State Private University
    Today, Himalayan University is fast becoming recognised as a booming and Best B.A. Distance Education College in Arunachal Pradesh and the north-eastern States.

    The Himalayan University is recognised by the University Grants Commission for its graduate and postgraduate courses. According to the university's official website, it has an ISO certification. According to the standards of the Association of Indian Universities (AIU), its B.Sc. Medical Lab Technology programme is valid. For admission to this course, you must have completed the 12th grade in a Science stream. The course fee is Rs. 63,000 for a three-year duration.
