Kendriya Hindi Sanstahn is not under the purview of AICTE as it is not a technical course.It is a UGC recognised and approved course . But the praveen course is applicable to Non Hindi Speaking states like AP which has a branch In Nallakunta.
Some of the other courses offered by the same are

Hi Birendra,
As for what I could gather by going through the information, Kendriya Hindi Sansthan is not offering AICTE approved courses, but then the institute is run by the Kendriya Hindi Shikshan Mandal under the ministry of HRD, Government of India.
