Is HNBGU - Hemvati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University a good choice?

<p>The Hemvati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University is approved by the UGC and given a "A" grade by NAAC. HNBGU provides more than 700 undergraduate, graduate, certificate, and doctorate courses in 16 streams, 11 schools, 47 departments, and 2 centres (Agriculture and Allied Sciences, Commerce, Earth Science, Arts, Communication and Languages, and Law). The University, which was founded in 1973, has been elevated to the status of a Central University under the Central Universities Act of 2009.</p><p>According to Central University regulations, Hemvati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University grants scholarships, studentships, bursaries, and freeships to students. Students who fall under the SC/ST/OBC and disabled categories are given studentships and bursaries, while deserving students are given National Scholarships and Bursaries and students from distant, hilly areas are given Asevit Studentships.</p>
