Is Hondros College of Nursing cheaper than University of Cincinnati?

Since Hondros college of nursing is based out of India, in Ohio, United states, this may lead to increase the budget of studying in the college. The college fees accounts around 40,000 to 60,000 USD dollars and may also have additional charges of travelling and living abroad. However, the fees for Fortis College is only 25,000 to 30,000 USD, that makes it a cheaper option.
