Do you mean this institute is the Best in Delhi ? No way. IHM, Pusa is the Best. I will not comment on Hope Institute but wherever you go, you must look for their Infrastructure, Faculties,and Placement Record. Do not get carried away by what Institutes say, please verify yourself.
