No, it is not. Now that's been said, initially, the salary will be very less, but as you gain more experience your salary will increase.
Go in the hotel industry only if you are interested and absolutely sure of making a career there.

It depends on the country you are going to. The best country for working is Canada because of its strong employee policy. If you are planning to go abroad you have to take some experience in India then only you will be eligible for a good job abroad.
